When you open an account with Olimp Finance the payment will be debited from your credit card immediately. If you are not satisfied with Olimp Finance trading platform for any reason, you have the right to apply for a refund of your remaining balance. Please note that if you have received a bonus, you will have to follow our Terms and Conditions, Section 12. (bonus policy) . If you decide to apply to refund your investment, all logins and memberships will be deactivated. Whether your application will be approved or declined shall be at the sole discretion of Olimp Finance. Please allow up to 3 business days for our Financial Dept. to process your request. They will contact you to confirm your request or to ask for additional information if needed. All refunds will be issued in the form of payment in which they were made.

REFUND POLICY

  1. According to the terms and conditions, and Bonus term – the company will refund a client after receiving an email request.
  2. refund should not be higher than a deposit amount made on the website.
  3. refund request is being reviewed within 3 business days and funds will be returned within 5-7 business days to the account of deposit origin.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION

The parties will attempt in good faith to negotiate a settlement to any claim or dispute between them arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. If the parties fail to agree upon terms of settlement, either side may submit the dispute to confidential arbitration proceedings by a sole arbitrator under the ICC ADR Rules, whose decision shall be final and binding. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, in London, UK or another place agreed by Parties. Without derogating of the provisions above, this clause explicitly sets exclusive jurisdiction to said arbitration process, and neither Party shall be entitled to submit any dispute to the courts of its domicile which contradicts said arbitration process.

TERMINATION

You or we may suspend or terminate your account or your use of this Site at any time, for any valid reason. Except for the withdrawal of accumulated funds, you will not be entitled to any remedy for discontinuing the services, all subject to our WD policy and applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of this Site at any time without notice.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

When registering, you will have to provide us with some specific identification information. You are responsible for the security of your account’s login and password with Olimp Finance. You are solely responsible for any damage caused by reason of any act or omission resulting in improper or illegal use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself during the registration process and you also agree not to impersonate another person or entity, and not to hide your identity for Olimp Finance for any reason whatsoever. If you register as a commercial entity, you declare that you have the required authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. Olimp FInance carefully treats the information you provide to us according to the disclosure of information provided during the registration process and privacy policy.

Also, note that Olimp Finance maintains effective and transparent procedures for reasonable prompt complaint handling for existing and potential retail clients, and we keep records of complaints and measures taken for complaint resolution. The purpose of this procedure is to ensure fair and consistent dealing with client complaints whilst striving to provide the highest level of customer service.
